The Story Magic Academy is a ten week course starting on Thursday 6th Feb 2020, and ending on the Sunday 19th Apr 2020.
There is one week's break in the middle, to allow you to catch up on assignments and submit work for feedback in the Student Chatroom.
You retain lifetime access to all lectures and materials, for all future semesters.

Refunds and Returns Policy
If you're unhappy for any reason, you can withdraw from the course and we'll give you a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Just contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase to request your withdrawal and refund.
After the 30 day refund period expires, refunds will only be issued if the product can be shown to be faulty or mis-sold (not as advertised). Request a refund on the basis of faultiness or mis-selling by contacting [email protected].
The above applies on all payment plans.
Missed Payments on the 3x monthly payment plan
If one of your three payments fails, either due to a technical issue or if you cancel the direct debit, your access to the Story Magic Academy is immediately revoked. This is how Thinkific, the software on which the course is hosted, operates and I do not have any control over this.
Payment failure due to technical issues
If the payment has failed due to a technical issue, I will contact you via email as soon as I am aware of the problem to resolve it. Alternatively, you can also email me at [email protected] as soon as you notice the payment has failed. Usually the payment has been blocked by your bank as they often flag unknown international payments as "suspicious." If this is the case, you will need to contact your bank and tell them the payment was not fraudulent. Thinkific will automatically reattempt the payment in the following days, and as soon as the payment processes, you will regain access to the course.
Payment failure due to you cancelling the direct debit
If the payment fails because you cancelled your direct debit, and wish to leave the course after the 30 day refund period, any previous payments will not be refunded.
